Treatment
Auricular Therapy
Microsystem Healing
Auricular therapy is an adjunctive method of Chinese acupuncture. In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), the ear is regarded as a microsystem of the entire body, with auricular points corresponding to specific organs and meridians. Gentle, continuous stimulation of these points using seeds, pellets, or fine needles helps maintain overall body harmony. Auricular therapy can be applied to various types of pain, neurological or emotional conditions, as well as lifestyle-related concerns such as addiction.

Cupping
Suction Healing
Cupping creates negative pressure on the skin to stimulate local blood circulation and enhance metabolism. It is commonly applied to the back, areas of muscle tension, or specific points of localized pain, helping to unblock meridians and relieve discomfort. Cupping can be used to address a variety of conditions, including muscle soreness, joint pain, poor circulation, colds, coughs, fatigue, and weakened immunity.

Moxibustion
Heat Therapy
Moxibustion is a traditional Chinese heat therapy that involves burning mugwort or other medicinal herbs to generate heat, stimulating acupuncture points or affected areas. Moxibustion helps unblock the meridians, regulate Qi and blood, relieve musculoskeletal pain, improve digestive and respiratory issues, support overall constitution, and strengthen immunity.

Natural Remedies
Commonly used herbs — such as ginger, Chinese yam, mint, chrysanthemum flowers, goji berries, jujube/red dates, cinnamon, licorice, and malted barley — can serve both as medicine and food. They are often incorporated into daily diets to support overall health, prevent disease, and promote well-being.
Acupuncture
Needle Therapy
Acupuncture is based on the body’s life energy (Qi) circulating along the meridians to regulate bodily functions. When the circulation of Qi and blood is blocked, disease may occur. Inserting fine needles at specific acupuncture points can unblock the meridians and restore balance. Studies indicate that acupuncture is effective for treating conditions such as chronic pain, tension-type headaches, and arthritis. It can also enhance digestive and respiratory function and support gynecological and reproductive health.

Tui Na
Manual Therapy
Tui Na is a traditional Chinese manual therapy, often considered a form of therapeutic massage, suitable for both adults and children. It involves techniques such as pushing, kneading, rolling, pressing, and rubbing, applied to specific areas of the body to target meridians and acupoints. These techniques help regulate the flow of Qi and blood, clear meridian blockages, enhance overall vitality, and improve bodily functions. Tui Na is commonly used for musculoskeletal issues, digestive or sleep problems, and can also support general health and rehabilitation.

Gua Sha
Scraping Therapy
Gua Sha involves gently scraping the skin to stimulate blood circulation and promote the flow of Qi. It can help alleviate colds, digestive issues, fatigue, and muscle tension or soreness.

Herbal Medicine
Natural Remedies
TCM employs approximately 3,000 herbal materials, including roots, flowers, leaves, and fruits, for therapeutic purposes. Treatment is tailored by integrating an individual’s constitution and specific condition with the properties of Chinese herbs, taking into account their Four Natures, Five Flavors, and Meridian Tropism.
At our clinic, we carefully assess your condition through medical history, tongue and pulse diagnosis, and physical examination to develop individualized treatment plans, often integrating multiple therapies.
Treatment typically begins with an intensive course. For example, acupuncture may require 6–10 sessions, depending on the condition. Fine needles are inserted at specific acupuncture points, which is almost painless, and typically remain in place for 20–30 minutes or longer.
Follow-up therapies can help enhance the overall effectiveness of treatment. In particular, regular check-ups and adjustments to maintain Yin-Yang balance are recommended to support long-term health and preventive care.
